After more than 30 years in the luxury interiors market, crafting unique spaces through refined craftsmanship and architectural elegance, Eichholtz embarks on an exciting new chapter with its first-ever designer collaboration. The chosen partner: American designer Corey Damen Jenkins one of today’s most influential and admired interior designers, known for his modern, maximalist interiors rich in color, texture, and exuberant patterns.

Drawing from the concept of renaissance, Corey Damen Jenkins revisits historical ideas and aesthetics long forgotten, reinventing them for the 21st century through a fresh, modern lens. His inspirations range from ancient civilizations Egyptian, Greek, and Roman to organic elements such as flowers, seashells, alabaster, water, and feathers. Subtle references to celestial objects coexist with influences from 1920s Art Deco, Neoclassicism, and the Viennese Secession.

Some pieces celebrate the geometry and grandeur of 1920s and 1930s design, with forms reminiscent of New York icons like the Chrysler and Empire State Buildings, and a play of tones and textures reflecting Art Deco’s fascination with contrast. Others evoke mid-century modern design, preserving its timelessness while merging light and architecture in an aesthetic suited to both classic and contemporary interiors.

The Chandelier Erika and Chandelier Persephone descend like radiant heirlooms, their sculptural forms echoing celestial bodies and classical symmetry. Suspended in space, they capture and refract light with a gem-like presence, transforming rooms into curated tableaux of glow and shadow. Each piece asserts itself as a statement opulent yet restrained, powerful yet impeccably balanced.

Closer to the eye, the Table Lamp Dionne reveals a more intimate expression of luxury. Like a finely cut stone resting on a vanity, it emits a soft, enveloping radiance that enhances texture and color with subtle brilliance. 

A sophisticated blend of Mid-Century Modern structure and Art Deco whimsy. Evoking the quiet majesty of a lunar eclipse, the Alesa Wall Lamp is a poetic marriage of stone and metal.

Rugs. Subtle Architects of Interior Space

Kamyar Moghadam of Maison Moghadam, the internationally renowned handmade rug company founded in 1962 by his father Alexander Moghadam, stars in the second collaboration presented by Eichholtz at Maison&Objet. A collection grounded in craftsmanship and beauty, reinterpreting tradition through a contemporary lens and expanding the brand’s universe.

With a bold and rebellious approach, Kamyar Moghadam creates a family of rugs that speak different visual languages, showcasing the full spectrum of craftsmanship. Fresh designs, expressive textures, layered surfaces, and unexpected details give rise to rugs with strong personalities—from modern compositions built from deconstructed panels or retro, almost pixelated designs, to geometric patterns deliberately faded for a rebellious touch, and nature-inspired rugs hand-carved to create a greater sense of depth.

Eichholtz rugs from this collaboration demonstrate how textile artistry shapes a room as profoundly as architecture. The Rug Mayfield (300 x 400 cm), hand-tufted in 100% Highland wool, features an intricate green-feathers optical motif, its tactile depth and subtle movement infusing living areas with elegance and vitality. In more intimate spaces, the Rug Featherstone (200 x 300 cm) introduces layered texture and softness, a refined companion for bedrooms or dining areas that balances comfort with understated sophistication.

For interiors seeking personality and sculptural charm, the Rug Blakemore stands apart. Its irregular silhouette and thoughtfully placed fringes create a dynamic, almost playful presence underfoot, transforming floors into visual statements while maintaining a cohesive dialogue with surrounding furnishings.

Color Through Glass

Maison&Objet also marked the debut of an exclusive limited-edition decorative glass collection. A proposal that explores color through glass, where each vase and bowl is carefully handcrafted to allow light to pass through and shift in tone throughout the day.

Color defines the character of each piece. In striking turquoise green, the Avoir series expresses a tropical spirit. The Marcellus bowls, in soft blue and pale pink, convey lightness and delicacy. The warm amber tone of the Courtier bowl adds depth and warmth, while Aureum reveals color through the dialogue between its white exterior and deep green interior. In frosted white, the Evander vase softens the light; and with a form inspired by the movement of water, the transparent Veymar bowl feels fluid and organic. The Opulent vase incorporates texture to enrich color, with an almost matte surface that gently diffuses light.
