Do you deliver outside of spain?

Deliveries in Spain Peninsula are free of charge. An additional shipping charge may apply if you are residing outside of Spain Peninsula. Eichholtz by IdHouse does not ship outside of the European Union.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time on standard delivery is 15–20 business days for all products, but varies from country to country.

Will all my products arrive at the same time?

If your order contains multiple products, some items may be delivered on different days depending on the availability of freight carriers.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

Once an order has been placed and a purchased item is out of stock, a notification email will be sent to you.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes, you will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on its way.

Do I need to be present to receive my delivery?

Yes. To ensure your items are delivered safely, an authorised person must be present to receive and sign for the order. Your contact details and phone number are passed onto our logistics partners, who will attempt to contact you in advance to advise of the anticipated date and approximate time of delivery. Please note that while we do everything possible to request this contact, we cannot be held responsible if the logistics partner does not facilitate it.

What if my delivery address has special access requirements?

Many of our products are large and heavy and may require special delivery arrangements. Please provide clear delivery instructions in the "Special Delivery Instructions" field at checkout. If your address is in an apartment block, high-rise building, block of units or flats, or has restricted access, you must notify us so that special arrangements can be made if necessary. Your order is delivered either palletised at street level main entrance, or at your door if the package is small.

What should I do when my delivery arrives?

Before signing as having received the products in the expected condition, please check the packaging for any damages. If you have any concerns, make the appropriate notes on the delivery note before signing it and ask the driver to confirm your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of any damaged packaging immediately upon signing the delivery note.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All purchases made on this website are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and original packaging.

How should I pack my return?

Please pack the items in their original box with sufficient protective material to protect against possible damages during return shipping.

Who covers the cost of returns?

Eichholtz by IdHouse will not be responsible for return expenses if the items correspond to the ordered products and the customer wishes to return them for personal reasons.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure payments through credit cards. Prepayment by Bank transfer can be arranged. In this case please contact us for further instructions at id@idhouse.es.
