2. Upload Your Space: Submit high-resolution photos of your room.
3. Receive Your Visual: Our designers will place your selected items from Eichholtz collection into your space, allowing you to experience the texture, scale, and "vibe" of a professional layout.

How to capture Your space for design

To ensure your Eichholtz 3D visualization is as accurate as possible, please follow these simple steps. For the best results, upload a Landscape (Horizontal) photo in JPEG or PNG (min. 12MP).

• Shoot during the day when your room is brightest.
• No flash: It flattens textures. Instead, turn on your wall lights or floor lamps to show us your room’s natural "mood."
• Perfect the Angle: Stand in a corner or doorway. Capturing the floor-to-ceiling span allows us to scale furniture correctly.
• Stay Level: Hold your phone at chest height and keep it straight (do not tilt).
• Create Space: If you are replacing a sofa or table, try to move the old piece out of the frame so we can "place" the new model on an empty floor. Remove small items and loose cables.

Terms of Service

To ensure we provide the highest quality service to all our clients, the following guidelines apply:

• Complimentary Access - this service is provided free of charge for your initial room visualization.
• Included Revisions - we offer up to 3 minor adjustments (e.g., swapping a sofa or moving a side table) to ensure the vision aligns with your goals.
• Additional Revisions -  beyond the initial 3 changes, a professional design fee of €120.00 per additional revision will apply.
