Project overview & Architectural Redesign

The full-scale rebuild of Villa Las Lomas de Nueva AndalusiaΒ 
has transformed this property from a traditional Mediterranean structure into a high-spec, contemporary masterpiece.


The project focused on maximizing the "indoor-outdoor" lifestyle synonymous with Marbella’s Golf Valley while upgrading the technical infrastructure to modern standards.

The renovation effectively stripped the original building to its core to implement a more fluid, open-plan layout. The redesign emphasizes natural light and panoramic views of the Mediterranean and La Concha.

  • Structural Changes: Removal of internal walls to create a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

  • Levels: Distributed across four floors, including a newly optimized lower level for guest studio and a private penthouse-style master suite on the top floor.

  • Glazing: Installation of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that disappear into the walls, merging the interior lounge with the main terrace.

Interior & Technical Installations

The "all-new installation" aspect of the project replaced dated systems with energy-efficient, smart home technology:

  • Climate Control: Full installation of underfloor heating throughout the entire villa and a multi-zone AirZone AC system.

  • Gourmet Kitchen: A complete rebuild featuring a central island, bespoke cabinetry, and high-end integrated appliances.

  • Bespoke Finishes: Use of neutral tones, natural stone, and high-quality microcemnt flooring to create a "warm modernism" aesthetic.

Exterior & Landscaping Transformation

The exterior redesign was focused on creating a "resort" feel within a private gated community setting.

  • The Pool & Terrace: A total overhaul of the terrace area, featuring a new infinity-edge pool.

  • Landscaping: New Mediterranean-tropical gardens designed for low maintenance but high privacy, utilizing mature palms and architectural lighting.
